Ramy goes back with Chris Aceto

According to Phil Viz and DJ Ramy is a workhorse in the gym and eats exactly what his coach tells him, nothing more, nothing less. I think the problem is he's getting too many advices from too many people. Someone apparently told him to carb up on fruits before the Arnold Brazil, for example. It wasn't DJ or Farrah who told him to do that, but no one will say who did. Bader has Ramy on a leash. He made him and he can take him down. Ramy has no choice but to listen to his handlers even over his coach. As much as I wish Aceto will have full control over Ramy's prep, I don't think he will and Ramy will be sabotaged again by his own camp.

That's the way I see things anyway. Maybe someone with more inside info (Goodrum?) can shine more light on the subject.

Heard numerous times Cedric is lazy when it comes to diet, he cant stick to a plan, cant be strict etc.

I don't think Ramy's waist is "small". It's flat---he doesn't carry the ab distention. He has a larger frame than Ronnie does. Ronnie wasn't meant to carry that much weight, he had a lighter frame. Nasser and Ramy could carry 280+ with ease, and so could Dillett, partially due to his height.
Cedric also due to his height, could in theory come in at 270-280. Another one is Beyeke. Both these guys have small/wasp waists relative to size, and very good tapers. Past 280, they will look terrible due to smaller frames, unlike Ramy.

Aceto said that Ramy's team has to call Farrah on the phone.... and have Farrah meet them in Kuwait so that they can cut George Farrah's tongue off.

Honestly, I'm not sure Bader will let Ramy do that. For whatever reason his team seems to want him on a tight leash. Probably because they think if he gets a taste of any sort of freedom or independence he'll want to leave Kuwait/Oxygen gym, move out to the States and leave them behind. Bader is probably taking care of Ramy's family financially, too, so Ramy sticks around.

I really wish Ramy would move to Maryland or wherever Chris lives and follows exactly what Chris tells him, and no contact with his Kuwait "team." Chris would bring Ramy in looking like '01 Cutler +30lbs more muscle. Phil would have no chance against that! Let alone anyone else.

I think he's the owner of O2 gym. From what I understand he builds freaks and throws them into competitions. Kind of like a horse breeder.

Chris lives in Maine and I agree with you, however, one has to wonder if he would lose all the special supplements if he moved to the states. He definitely needs to get away from that more size is better thought process and Chris will help him with that.
