yeah vitamins rock.   covers your bases for any deficiencies.

age sucks, but if you work every day off a to-do list, and take every vitamin, drink water, sleep, enjoy lots of fruit and veggies, you'll look and feel better than your peers.

I do this and I also jerk off all the time.  I feel great.

That is not an option, I'm not a coward and I take care of my family.   That's the biggest problem in this country right now, people not being f ing responsible!

Get blood work done to see what is going on inside.
Also consider getting a CPAP machine.

Get a full check up from the doctor with a full blood/urine test.   Go to bed at 9 to 10PM.  Drink alcohol only twice a week if you indulge and don't binge when you do.  Add cardio. Cardio at first if you're not doing it will seem to suck the energy out of you but after a while you will feel full of energy all day.

I'm 56 and the doctor said I had low T. Instead of putting me on testosterone he put me on Clomid. The women's fertility drug works as an anti estrogen I believe in men making your own pituitary gland pump out more luientinizing hormone. Waiting to see what my next blood results for testosterone will look like. Doing it in two weeks. Taking test shuts down your balls. Doing it for years will permanently shut them down. Clomid makes your ball work harder instead of making stop working.

The full results of clomid are not permanent

Get your thyroid checked and also vitamin B and D levels.
This. Could be hypothyroid. Plus, ranges the give you on your typical blood work may not be completely ideal. May want to see an endocrinologist

Worm try to post your bloodwork i'd essentially say if you wanna stay off test that you wanna exhaust all avenues before you start injecting yourself because if you feel mid treatment that you wanna get back off it's gonna be much much harder and realistically almost impossible

The full results of clomid are not permanent

True in that you don't take it and stop expecting the results to continue.  Like testosterone taking clomid is a long term thing. It' also cheaper than testosterone. Taking testosterone can change the viscosity of your blood making the risk of a heart attack greater. It can also put you at risk in the long term for an enlarged prostate. I'm not a doctor but taking clomid long term has none of those risks except for an increased risk of eye sight damage.

That is not proved across the board. Some systems bounce back fully, others half way, others not at all.

Well this is why they don't blindly hand you the medication. You get blood tests multiple times a year and depending on your hemoglobin, RBC etc etc they will tell you how many times to donate blood accordingly and also it's the doctors job to make sure things like your cholesterol and blood pressure are in check as well...There were lawsuits a few years ago with the gels because people with shitty lifestyles that never went to the doctor started treatment and ended up having problems...Those are the people that give the treatment a bad name...Yes clomid would have to be long-term but with test you're able to pinpoint where you want your test to be much easier with the dosing

I'm 37 since august. I work at night, so sleep is an issue for me. With the time i became a stress bomb, always alert, never feeling quiet or relaxed.

I was drinking tooo much cafeine, like a big cup of coffee when i woke up at 01 p.m, eating + shower, then preworkout, and again 2 coffee before work at 7 p.m , and another coffe at night. Basically 5/6 coffee e.d + preworkout.

So i stopped cafeine and all kind of preworkout stimulant. I'm better now.

Definitely must taper from coffee-levels of caffeine, if the intent is to stop.  Quitting cold will make you pissed as fuck, and you'll suffer noticeable withdrawal symptoms for days.

Translation, you are wrong.   Love my life, have the hottest wife and make a ton of money.  Wrong on all accounts, it's called being a father you piece of shit.

More of a man to be a great husband and father than being a punk ass bitch who runs off.  That's the problem with black America

1-3 cups of coffee a day for me, green tea instead sometimes, usually more chilled with only green tea but as I don't use pre workout any more a coffee gets me ready for training.

My body doesn't handle caffeine well at all so never have it except for an occasional gas station cappuccino.
