I'm 37 since august. I work at night, so sleep is an issue for me. With the time i became a stress bomb, always alert, never feeling quiet or relaxed.
I was drinking tooo much cafeine, like a big cup of coffee when i woke up at 01 p.m, eating + shower, then preworkout, and again 2 coffee before work at 7 p.m , and another coffe at night. Basically 5/6 coffee e.d + preworkout.
So i stopped cafeine and all kind of preworkout stimulant. I'm better now.
