Finistride

I bought some Finistride from a research company awhile back and am not sure how to take it. Is it supposed to be taken orally or topically? It is unflavored and comes in a spray bottle. I would like to start a new cycle this week or next, but need this sorted out first, any help much appreciated.

A new cycle of what? Didn't you just buy some Dbol that you weren't sure about?
