Nope. not incorrect, I speak from experience.
If you get symptoms the gland hasnt been removed properly.
i speak for myself from experience and I speak from others as well...you think the gland is just a piece of tissue that you just take out? They leave a small amount of tissue below the nipple that can be stimulated through elevated levels of estrogen, prolactin and other things that have effects on that area of the body...so it's very possible..otherwise there wouldn't be pros that are up the rankings who have obviously had their surgery that still show blatant symptoms ... This is well documented and the doctors I know who do this surgery in the New York area (that did mine and many others) can tell you this themselves if you don't believe me...seems like you have it mixed up...

Not with mine they didnt, I have a gap behind my nipple which if I ended up getting fat would result in inverted nipples.

Your crappy doctors leave it in so they can get repeat work out of you.

"your crappy doctors" please...Me and the other IFBB pros they've worked on too, right? They're just charging us a bunch to screw us right? And we all fall for it? You can't just simply remove the tissue on MOST people...It's not just a ball of tissue...You might be a genetic superhero, but i've never seen that before....I'm sure you're running grams of multiple 19 nors and your nipples are normal because you got a $2,000 surgery from a local doctor lol  ::)...If only it worked that way...It can always come back...

The gland causes the gyno, no gland, no gyno.

Its not rocket science
You dont get gyno on your bicep, its because theres no gland there, how does this simple fact elude you

I'm not saying you can get gyno...It's not that simple...I'm starting to think your glands weren't even cut out to be honest with you...The receptors can still be stimulated causing estrogenic sides...So puffy nipples...Absolutely...L actation...Absolutely... Gyno? Not likely...BUT it's happened...

One of the things my doc stressed was that gland is not like a hard ball in most men. For xample, i didnt even have a mass that could be felt by hand. It was just soft and almost skin feeling, like nothing back there behind the nipple although i wwas having slightly puffed out soft nipples.

So once my new doc cut into me , lipod a lil to expose the gland (since lipo wont remove gland), it took him about 20 minutes each side to isolate and slowly pull out the glandular tissue. Also, it was like a flat stringy mass in appearance. I notice in some gyno vids, the doc will cut into the side of aerola and in 20 seconds pull the entire thing out. I think thats for people with very large obvious balls of hard fibrous tissue. Mine didnt come out like that. I will try and find a pic of what my glands looked like and will post

I don't get inverted nipples because I don't get fat, the point is that fat cannot be deposited behind the nipple, its like having lipo, once that fat is removed from that area it would have to create whole new cells for it to return.

A man with a fat chest isnt a man, hes on obese woman.

I hope it was done in NY...

Ps: your estrogen can still be very elevated with the glands cut out and your nips can still get puffy and lactate with certain compounds

What? No glands on lactation. What compounds are talking about?

Amazing, the doctor who did mine told me if it ever came back he would do it again for free.

Thats doesn't sound like someone who believes it could come back to me.

Your doctor knows he's safe. The likelihood of it coming back is extremely rare.

lol who is arguing that you can get gyno after...Certainly not me....What does this doctor know about AAS?? Probably the same amount as many others even many endos...Nothing...you absolutely can have things like very puffy nips and lactation it just won't be hard underneath...But it's enough to ruin you on stage....

My doc took the whole gland out, so he said..and then grafted a small circle of fat under my nipple to prevent caving. I notice a little caving in like Be There has in his pics, but i actually like that.

Surgery monday, today is saturday. Hardly a bruise. Pretty crazy actually. Even with lipo added in, there is hardly swelling. My chest has never looked this good. For 2400, im extremely impressed. Glad removal is key. Thanks Be There for telling me that gland removal was the key. For guys with the issue, keep in mind that just because your "gland" isnt hard or like a lump you can grab, doesnt mean you dont have gland there causing puffyness. That was my mistake over the years. I thought i never had a "gland" cuz all the bros would always say "yeah its like a hard rock".

I had an ultrasound done that def. showed that I had bi lateral gyno starting while on my last cycle even though I used Arimidex. Never had it before with past cycles even without anti e's. I could really see and feel it when I leaned right out. Drove me nuts. After using Nolva and Aromasin in PCT it was almost completely gone. A month after PCT I can only feel a little bit of a very, very small lump in my right nip when I push down hard enough. Left is completely gone.

I am so glad I  held off on surgery. Saved myself a ton of money and down time. I think for some people some anti es and blockers can help out big time with gyno even after its starting to show and been around for a short while. Staying away from aromatizing agents and administering lower amounts of test keeps things at bay for those that are low/moderately sensitive to gyno.

So what is considered a low aromatizing steroid these days? I am only sticking with my pharmacists test cyp from now on

Dht derived steroids. Possibly some 19-nor like tren could be a safer bet. Of coarse the possibility of gyno is still there but I probably to a lesser degree for most.

In terms of health, tren seems to be the worst in so many ways. Now thatmy gyno is fixed, i may just come off totally and go back to normal non-juiced life. Part of the reason for my test use was to build up so gyno would be less noticeable with fuller upper chest and delts.

Some steroids exacerbate gynecomastia for some men, but there are guys who have it that never took any anabolic steroids.
