Another band I love The Headstones, from Kington, Ontario

lead singer Hugh Dillon went on to act in films like Hard Core Logo, Trailer Park Boys:The Movie and as Ed on the Tv show Flashpoint

New Metallica is promising. At least it's not unlistenable.

Edit: Meant to say "unlistenable," like St. Anger was.

This sound is nothing in the league of Master of Puppets.

Not bad, especially compared to St Anger

Venom has always been a cool combo - live, they were so chaotic, yet it all fell together in one turbulent, swift storm. Very energetic and simple... Slayer distilled many of their qualities and perfected them with the induction of high quality metal riffs & more diabolical tunes.

Sounds like "All Nightmare Long" from the last album. Good production, though, especially on Lars's kit.

Some of the riffs sound like they came from the Kill'em All Era. Less wah obscuring Kirk's 'solo'. :(

Master of Puppets revisited....
Well, I kinda lost track of Metallica after The Black Album and Load (so: long time ago).
I just meant this song sounds more Master-of-Puppet-ish than the two other I mentioned....
