Post a pic where you beat vascularity i posted in this same thread or recent pics. Not in a t shirt.

As stated, vascularity is genetic and also easily manipulated. 100mg anadrol, 20mcg igf, cialis, a warm training environment and training a bodypart is all that is needed to look like you have dick veined skin.

Edit: I'm getting away from the point; feel free to post the lifting pics on Thursday.

I think I've probably worn out my welcome on the pics therefore I'm holding back.  I really just want to see the video of this bench.  Even "just"  4 plates for 2-3 will do.  Does everyone not agree.  He doesn't have to break his arms putting 500 on the bar, 405 will work.

If your pushing 500 raw or even with a single ply 405 should be an easy 10 -12. When I hit 500 in the gym the first time I doubled 470.

I agree a guy his size should have gone with 225 for 5, that would be believable. Ok maybe 185 after the anadrol and insulin Thursday protocol.
