A waste of time; same as using a barbell.

I use some of their other pieces. If you get a couple of their individual pieces you can cover most of the ground of gym equipment in a small space:

That's gotta be one of the dumbest things I have ever seen.  What does it do.  WHy not just pick up the barbell.  People actually come up with this shit
