What do you eat, i hate eggs btw.
My typical breakfast is a
> huge omelet or scramble made with four or five jumbo eggs, chicken or turkey sausage (sometimes pork, like chorizo), and whatever veggies we have around (faves are mushrooms and onions), and a cheese, fried in coconut oil or Earth Balance spread
> a starch like grits, polenta, oatmeal, potatoes or rice
> a fruit or fruit juice
> coffee with half and half and sugar
There's your 1000+ calories.
If you don't like eggs, use any other protein source.
