And though I am not a fan of Lou he looks absolutely great for his age. He is 63 years old. How many 63 year olds have visible abs? In fact, how many men of any age have visible abs. Do you?

Um I just saw Flex a few weeks ago and he looks fantastic for a 50 year old man. I would not say he looked a mess. Same with Ronnie. They have not let themselves go like others. They look 10-15 years younger than their actual ages and they don't look like most  men their age.

I agree that Lou is very insecure but many of those guys are. It's so unnecessary. As you get older you should learn life is more than how you look

How on earth do you know what his levels are? Seems Louie has gotten into your head.

I never said or even implied being in shape is preforming miracles. But the fact is, it's a not common. Especially at sixty. Most people are not in shape at any age. Odds are Lou is in better shape than you.

I still say that Lou is carrying a lot of emotional pain from his childhood. He had a mean and selfish father. Lou was deaf in one ear and thus, had an odd manner of speech. And when things were finally looking up, Lou was invited to be in a movie with his childhood hero (Arnold). In the movie, the selfish father outshined Lou. In fact, Lou still lived with mommy and daddy. Adding insult to injury, Arnold made Lou look like a damn fool.
