hey there, ive thought about it and now im gonna make a journal to show my cutting ro this summer. currently i am around 224-228 pounds( i will check at the gym today to make sure). i want to be around 198 by june or less. I will accompish this by cutting calories and doing more cardio like running,boxing,rope, and elliptical, and mountain biking. Currently im eating basically however much i want but keeping 6 small meals with protein. Probably around2800-4000 calories a day. I keep track of my diet in

Im ranting on here so i will provide a pic for you guys and will make progress reports and will show my diet cardio and training. im going to the gym today for chest and tris and i will report later this evening, but first i have to book some flight tickets to europe for a vacation
