hey there, ive thought about it and now im gonna make a journal to show my cutting ro this summer. currently i am around 224-228 pounds( i will check at the gym today to make sure). i want to be around 198 by june or less. I will accompish this by cutting calories and doing more cardio like running,boxing,rope, and elliptical, and mountain biking. Currently im eating basically however much i want but keeping 6 small meals with protein. Probably around2800-4000 calories a day. I keep track of my diet in www.fitday.com which i will provide a link later today or tommorow. Im ranting on here so i will provide a pic for you guys and will make progress reports and will show my diet cardio and training. im going to the gym today for chest and tris and i will report later this evening, but first i have to book some flight tickets to europe for a vacation Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley.

I didnt manage to put my diet together last night cause of being to busy but i will start posting my diet via www.fitday.com on thursday. I also checked my current weight and it is 225 pounds. I also did 20 minutes of elliptical training before i went to bed.

alright my diet wasnt what it was supposed to be today but its changed now. I will give you guys the link to my diet tommorow. For now here is my workout for today that i did.

Back/calves

Bent over barbell rows:

barx15
135x10
165x10
185x8
185x8

Pulldowns

80x10
120x10
140x8
140x8

Machine rows

80x10
140x10
140x10

Seated calve raises

45x15
145x10
150x10

standing raises
140x10
210x10

Boxing for 1 hour with rope jumping about 10 minutes, also included abs and pushups inbetween. Also elliptical machine for 20 minutes.

hey again,

so today is my cheat day so im eating a little crappy but its still alright. Im 224 on the scale as of last night. No workout today besides what my wife gave me when i got home Wink Wink Grin Grin Shocked and 20 minutes elliptical machine and some rope.
