At what point after your last pin can you claim "natty?" I pinned on Saturday, so by Sunday, I was natty again?

17 to 17 1/2 inch arms in contest shape(6%) So no, not even close to Mike Mentzer's in contest shape. Also Mike M arms would be well over 20 inch's if he was over 20%...
