ok heres one  when i was in higschool and  a puny lil bodybuilder.  lou ferrigno was making his comeback.  and he was huge then. 

so  of course flex magazine  publishes lous diet and me being the naive dork i was actually beleived if i ate like lou and trained like lou i would look like lou.

bwa ha ha  i h ad my plastic weights and set them up on my porch.    needless to say i lasted maybe a week eating like lou.     ha ha i got sick of eating  and i fucking hated

oat mail it would make me puke.

I followed a 12week Kevin Levrone shoulder workout from flex magazine as a relative newbie.
I bought weight gainer for a few years as a young fella too

if it was the same one I read and tried first 2 meals was like..

breakfast- 2 cups oatmeal(dry measure, then cooked) plus 2 bananas
post workout- 24 egg whites with 2 english muffins with diet butter(lol, wtf is diet butter)

I always loved all the egg whites. Was a firm believer yolks would soften your conditioning, lol.

Eggs are always a crapshoot with me (pun intended). Some days I can stomach eating 6-8 at a time. Other days it destroys me and I feel like I get food poisoning.

That's funny Wes, for me it works (probably we have very different digestion).  I usually drink 2-3 raw eggs every 6 hours during the day, with 2 digestive enzyme tabs...
I keep 18-packs of eggs in my work fridge.
I survive on KETO all week, except on either Saturdays or Sundays I'll have a big cheat meal.

To be considered KETO you can't have any cheat meals.  It takes a while of no carbs to hit ketosis.  By eating carbs on weekends you'll never achieve it.  You are mistaking keto with carb cycling.

Watch out on those digestive enzymes.  Not only do they break food down, they do the same to your stomach lining.

I dont buy it bro. If you get shredded on 2k calories keto...u will also getbshredded on 2k calories mixed diet.
