ok heres one when i was in higschool and a puny lil bodybuilder. lou ferrigno was making his comeback. and he was huge then. so of course flex magazine publishes lous diet and me being the naive dork i was actually beleived if i ate like lou and trained like lou i would look like lou.bwa ha ha i h ad my plastic weights and set them up on my porch. needless to say i lasted maybe a week eating like lou. ha ha i got sick of eating and i fucking hatedoat mail it would make me puke.

if it was the same one I read and tried first 2 meals was like..breakfast- 2 cups oatmeal(dry measure, then cooked) plus 2 bananaspost workout- 24 egg whites with 2 english muffins with diet butter(lol, wtf is diet butter)

I tried eating a dozen raw eggs a day..............intersp ersed throughout the day,along with my other meals.It was OK at first,then I had huge digestive issues.............never again,I felt like I was gonna` die.

^^That's funny Wes, for me it works (probably we have very different digestion). I usually drink 2-3 raw eggs every 6 hours during the day, with 2 digestive enzyme tabs...I keep 18-packs of eggs in my work fridge.I survive on KETO all week, except on either Saturdays or Sundays I'll have a big cheat meal.
I do keto and love it. My body-type allows me to bulk and cut on it all the same lol. Do you mean keto strictly for fat loss? Or keto as a diet in general?
