I guess I'm old. I don't get hyped from any tv serie anymore.

I tried to watch limitless but I have already skipped 3 episodes, same with gotham.

They all follow the same idea of good vs evil, schemes, loyalty, betrayal, love, hate, sorrow, joy... then they end. Seriously, boring. But the wheel keeps spinning and spinning.

thanks. It looks good, and seems like it's a side we haven't seen on the drug wars and cartels of Mexico.

It is a very good movie and it looks at the issue from both sides (the drug criminals' point of view and the good guys' point of view)

Good to have both perspectives. Have you seen "El Sicario: Room 164"? It's about a Mexican hit man

ahhhh I mistook it to "narco's"

probably the same exact thing. It's about the fictional life of pablo escobar.

No, Cartel Land is based in Mexico.
Narcos, is about Pablo but it's not all fictional.

Ok well, it's not like we haven't seen thousands of real docuementaries about pablo and the cartel in mexico. It's not like the topic hasn't been beaten to death a thousand times. It's not like we have no idea.

I think the pablo serie is spiced and the storyline have been mixed with fillers to make the story more appealing in the screen to the brain dead new age youth and the rest of the people. I find the documentaries with no background music more entertaining.

For those that want to cast their gaze upon it :) -

.

Edit, I guess the captions aren't turned on, but you can still understand some of it, and scan through it.

true. But this is different. Watch the trailer. This is about Civilians getting in the mix.

True, I agree. As I also put up El Sacario, look at that trailer. Apparently interview is very graphic.

Downloaded a copy of this and watching it now.. it has subtitles, but they are the worst I have ever seen.  [man speaking in spanish]  super fucking helpful.

Very interesting. In the end I was left with a lot of questions (it's a war, and things get complicated in a war, anyway).

I almost turned it off in the beginning on account of the American "vigilantes".

That version seems to have subtitles for decent portions, but it does cut out a bit as mentioned.

I like the premise of this doc.  Will have to watch.  I'm sick of seeing hebews complain about drugs, thugs etc... but do jack shit about it.  Good to see people stand up to the oppressing assholes and try to stop them.
