Put up 225 for 8 the other day, I think that extrapolates to about a 600 1RM.

I thought you were natural  :D 600 is very good for no hormones. Then again
there are bodybuilders on huge amounts of hormones hardly deadlifting 400lbs  :D

I've done 245kg (540lbs). Not bad for a 185lb natty and it feels good outlifting the juiceheads in my gym. 8)

I struggle with 225lbs on a bench press though. :-\ :'(

Did 5 plates with a 25 each side while natty years and years ago.  Won't even try that now even while running a cycle.

Even on deadlifts? Higher reps on some moves might be more dangerous as form may go to shit, a few months ago I did 11 reps with 550 at the end of my deadlift workout and tweaked something in my back.

lots of lifts in the past that cant be replicated in this thread.

I admit it... Too many years of heavy lifting instead of doing some rep work etc has really caught up to me. I had a good run but now I lift to not get fat or die...I tried to hang on too long to training all out every day. The last few years of injuries when I should have backed off really changed the way I do things now. Live and learn.

I never hit 400 on the bench but I was near 400 (385) bench 500 squat 600 dead at one point. Not many can say that truthfully at my competing weights. So even though I'm banged up now and sound like Wes... I can at least say I did it in the past. Like I said getting old sucks.
