Yea right I know. I've seen the out of shape 6ft 4 300 lb dudes lay down and bench 4 plates, but can't walk up a flight of stairs without being out of breath these guys don't squat lol people neglect leg training mostly half assed individuals. Lately I don't ever squat over 3 plates. My legs seem to do better with more reps and more sets, trained them heavy alot when I was younger believe if I went back and did it like I do now my legs would b better. Mainly i do front squats now quads get better pump
