as a  long time mma fan, the way that rousey was defeated with ease i dont see how she can defeat holm.

she was utterly dominated in every sense,  ronda would need at least a year or two to even catch her, if even possible.

I think the rematch will be fascinating actually but I don't see any way for Rousey to reverse the verdict unless she takes Holm down immediately and goes for the submission. Standing and trading is only going to result in her getting sparked again.

Nah, Rousey has rounded the corner from athlete to celeb.  There is no going back.  She will try to ride the celeb train she was on.  Going back and fighting again and potentially losing will end both careers.  She can still salvage her celeb career and try to make money in tv or movies.

Yeah, you may well be right there. I don't know but if I was her manager I'd definitely be looking at options. An immediate rematch with Holm would be the most interesting for us though!
