You cannot teach posing, never ever saw a bb learn how to pose. The way you hit your poses is "set" very early on in your "bb career". Said it many times before, no one agrees
it becomes autonomic. it can change, but it's as difficult as any subconscious behavior it takes a ton of work.
I had guys who did the 'boxers double bi'. that's the best way I can describe it. shoulders high, elbows low, destroying taper and peaks. after weeks of work, had them doing it perfect, elbows high, shoulders low, lats wide. but the second they get on stage they revert to the old 'wrong' form.
when I was 15 my dad took pics of me doing all the Arnold poses. when the film came back a month later (older guys - remember that? younger guys - seriously, that's how pictures worked!!!), the poses were horribly wrong, angles off, twisting wrong. so I spent the next 2 mths tweaking the poses and getting them right.
bad habits are much harder to break than they are to prevent. ( believe me, I've developed a few in the last ten years).
