I usually have a scoop of whey protein with honey, banana, and oats 30 minutes before I workout. IF your pre workout nutrition is on point you can get away with waiting a few hours to eat a post workout meal. If your diet is already perfect then go ahead and add some pepto pro during your workout, can't justify the price for a regular gym rat like myself that doest wanna use exogenous insulin but I could see where it could help an already huge guy break through a plateau.
