Look at him crushing Nassoil and Kenneth here. Everyone talks about Kev's delts, side chest etc. but how about his lat spread? A thick, balanced back.

When is this from? His head is bald so 2002ish? Isn't this when his legs were "small"? That's a great shot but we need to see more back shots from that contest to compare one pic isn't enough to make a fair assessment.

He had hair in 02 O, 97 O and for a year or so after he was bald.

Not hard to look better than Nasser from the back, doesn't exactly shutdown Flex and soon as it comes to detail of BDB Flex has him nailed. He just drew the short straw by being runner up to Dorian and Ronnie 4 times (I think - 92, 95, 00, 02?) in an age when back was decisive because of Haney's template. Abs became an afterthought, triceps and calves also seemed to be less important. Dorian obviously had all, but also flaws in shape etc.

No homo, but ignoring the poor shape (high lats), loose skin and lack of detail on Nasser's back his shitty glute/ham tie-ins ruined him too. Compare his glute/ham tie-in to Ronnie, Flex or even Phil or Kai. Had a fat ass and no clear delineation.

Baker's BDB was dense and detailed as fuck. I want to say he is lacking in width, but it doesn't look like it from the front. I think its just the way he hits the pose.

Kevin had an underrated RLS which was great in my opinion, but his BDB was not up to par.

Baker had a great back

Kevin had a very good RLS but his BDB lacked thickness

Flex had a great BDB and but his RLS lacked width and thickness

After watching the video to the 1995 Mr. O it was very close between Dorian and Kevin, Dorian just had a thicker back and a bit thicker overall.

man i never realised how sick Bakers physique was, as for Kevin he just never seamed to have that crisp hardness look to him, im sure most will disagree but he has a similar physique to health, heath even seams to have a slightly bigger chest and thicker proximal quads, but i do think kevins back was much thicker and more dominant
