If you come from a poorer background you actually NEED more money to live in a nicer neighborhood than someone with a more affluent background who makes the same.

Which you interpreted to mean "Blacks, even when making average incomes or above average still CHOOSE to live in shit hole areas.  They simply do not care or value living nicely. "

The study said that it may arise from a VOLUNTARY CHOICE to live in a shithole.  Are you unable to read?  Blacks prefer to live in shitholes even if they have the income that would allow them to move out of a shithole.

There is crime (a lot people from the DC area). And many white people live there. It's where the University of MD is.
