Iv never seen ronnie train before, I am wandering, why does he only do like sets of 2/3 on alot of leg stuff. on the squats he does quick reps with no pause at teh tope bu he could do more than the 2 reps he does!!
+he goes al the way down in each rep but ony comes 3/4 rs of the the way up not contracting his muscles after each rep, do any of u train like him (like he does his reps)??
Im not dissin him,hes huge and aweosme, im just curious that all.
