Try to find a path to 100% so that I can really step on the gas and reinjure myself. It's a vicious cycle.

Fatmc which RAF regiment, if you were a Rock ape did you serve?

Where and when did you serve in the Police?

Why were you thrown out off the Police?

Do you have a criminal Background?

was it a SEX offence that Discharged you from the Police?

Eat better, train consistently, and lose about 40 pounds (go down to 200)

I've lost more weight then that before, so I know I can do it. I think I overdid it before. I went from about 245 to 175, but I think I lost too much muscle, due to mostly aerobic exercises, and cutting too much calories.

Some people thought I was sick. I felt great, but talk about a buzzkill.

I agree mate, They can be a fuck on for a lot of people, I prefer them but mainly as for years it was the only way I had of doing shoulder pressing.
Just always made them a second thought behind benching ect and want to make it main focus this year.

Had a wasted year training partly to fucking around and a few real life problems getting in way.
Need to catch up

To be honest seated is probably far superior for bodybuilding purpouses

I have a few ideas of what I want to do.

I honestly like finding some of those 12-16 week routines and doing them.  Sometimes they have things to do that you normally wouldn't and you discover new and more efficient exercises as a result.
