why did you pick up a paper route, seems a little odd for a 40 year old man? good job, you need some help with the diet for sure, but keep it up once you nail the diet down the weight will melt off.

Drop the tinned pineapple as the syrup is VERY high in sugar, also drop the fruit that late in the day. If you feel you need to have that much fruit have it earlier in the day. Or replace the fruit you have in the evening with vegetabls if you want the fibre/minerals/vitamins etc.
