Fuck all that.  As long as you're burning more calories than you consume you're gonna lose weight.

I guess that I want it all, size, strength, but a flat "Mid-Section"
If I ever fine-tune my diet I should be ok.

You guys might find it much better to focus on one goal at a time. If you're trying to get bigger and stronger focus on that by eating above maintance for a while. You'll end up gaining a little fat but you can always diet that off. Even if you don't compete I would advise training in this manner.....gain, cut, gain, cut.

This speeds up gains for me and it makes the whole process a lot more interesting by seeing my body going through constant changes. It keeps me motivated. If I didn't do this I probably would have quit long ago.

I'm not sure if it matters what time you stop eating. Unless you are trying to lose weight I heard you shouldnot comsume anything less than 2 hours before you go to bed.  Not sure why except I know when you are in bed you are buring less calories than any other time during the day, so I would think the food you eat before that would not get broken down as quickly and remains in your stomach longer.  I don't know why it's just what I heard

It's not only that Keith, but also because during sleep is when your body repairs and regenerates itself.
If you're using energy to digest your food, the repair and regeneration is not going to be thorough. Your NK killer cells won't be scouring and destroying all the mutated and cancerous cells already present in your body. Overtime, this can be disastrous. You want all your body's energy focused on repair and regeneration.
