A moral question, especially in this time of  Bill Cosby, lines are blurred.

okay, FOR THE MOST PART he didn't fuck with black women

I think Beverly Johnson was in the mix but she's a bit "bougey"

the above aside, Dr. Cosby knew not to fuck with some legit "Reddit Public Freakout" black chick

Well, one of the responses is correct, in regard to "freezing." From an evolutionary perspective, "flight or fight" are emotional and physiological responses to danger. However, "freezing" is also a strategy used in response to a dangerous situation. A common response among children when they are being sexually abused is to "freeze." This response is not uncommon among young children, since it is not typical for a 5 year old to "fight" or "flight" from an adult. Instead, they "freeze."

The issue with the freeze response is the women never actually says, "no." Thus, from a legal perspective, its very difficult to prove if raped actually occurred. From a subjective perspective, the woman may feel she was raped. However, that is much different than proving it in a court of law.

True, but a 5 year old is still in the realm of learning to wipe their own butt and deciding which cartoon to watch next. A fully grown woman is fully capable of saying no and not blaming the incident on some psychological BS known as "freezing".

Dave is a creep for sure but that's not rape. In fact whores like that that claim rape is a slap in the face to actual rape victims.

She got some dick that she secretly wanted from the jump.

If this is not the case, she would have simply left the building.

Well, it wouldn't be considered psychological BS if you agree it does apply to at least children. Thus, there is at least SOME validity to my statement.

Second, I just looked on a Veterans Affairs website, and they discuss how soldiers in times of war may "freeze" during intense combat situations. This "freeze" response has been reported by combat veterans. Its not reported frequently, since military people usually engage in "flight" or "fight" survival strategies.Again, I am not necessarily saying that this "freezing" explains what this woman endured, however, this state (freezing) does exist in the adult population under extreme forms of traumatic stress.

ps - "freezing" is not necessarily purely a psychological description. This mechanism has been studied by biologists, neuroscientists, zoologists, etc. "Freezing" could also be looked at as a biological response (if you study the biology associated with "freezing") to an intense situation.

this, funny how one simple word, "no" would make all this a non-issue

Pretty much.

In a court of law, a lawyer would destroy her if she were to take the stand.

Only white chicks get "date-raped" or have "whore's remorse" the next morning. With black chicks you never have any doubt whether they're DTF or not and they don't play the guilt game. Black chicks FTW!
