ive been eating very clean im averaging 3-4 pounds a week for weightloss, im down to 301 from 340 roughly, im very happy with the progress ive made so far
as of right now im doing boxing 6 times a week and weights 3 times a week, some weeks i only workout 5 days and take 2 days of depending on how i feel
i would like to do 2 workouts in one day 5 days a week , would it be ok
to do one or two bodyparts every day in the morn then go boxing at night
what do you guys think about this?
