Dbol as an occassional pre-workout?
« on: January 19, 2016, 04:18:17 PM »
I've used Dbol many times in the conventional way, as a 6-8 week kickstarter or as an addition to my test base for a short but continuous period of time. When taking dbol as a pre-workout , will it work if used only occasionally with absolutely no blood serum build up? Say maybe twice a month or so for PRs only? How are others going about this? 10 mg an hour before hitting the iron? 20?

I have thrown it or anadrol in numerous times like that, definitely want to use a normal daily dose if you are going for strength. If you just want a better feel of a workout like pump or endurance then a lower dose helps. A lot of people will disagree with one dose will actually making you stronger but I feel that it has its benefits of allowing you to hit a 3 rep or and still getting in good accessory work for example

Maybe I respond well to the stuff but even 20mg pre workout works for me. You could take a pre workout dose of dbal every training the rest of your life and be fine I think.

No, you need lots of it as you simply were not blessed with receptors that are very friendly to this.

I take dbol before I train some times makes me stronger and better workouts better pumps but can't take it consistently for like 4 weeks I feel like shit 20-60 mgs at one time is fine for me usually 40mgs it works pre workout nothing crazy but it's a better training session usually.

Works well for me on a individual basis as a pre workout Boost.

Yes ritch, I thought of printing everything you have said on getbig and start to sell them to individuals at my gym. Because you are so stupid, that everything you say is so stupid, it's gonna make the person who reads it super angry, then they can utilise that anger and get the most out of their workout... so your stupidity is being used as a preworkout. im making money out of your writings so go on and say something stupid as usual.

At what point would 30mg dbol pre workout every other day affect natural levels of test in a 32 yr old male??

that's a good question. Do you mean could it shut you down? I don't think it would as you have 40 hours of "non dbal time" of the 48hrs of which it was taken in.

drol works as a better pre-workout for me, as it gives me better pumps

wonder how halo would fare? it's supposed to give you a solid strength boost so i'm thinking it could be good depending upon your training style ie. if you lift very heavy HIT style or 5x5 or any style using training heavy loads

i'm a pump/constant tension kinda guy so halo probably wouldn't work as well for a pump squeeze the muscle type of trainer like me i'm guessing

Yeah, I was thinking in terms of test production shutting down or the body reducing how much is present in the bloodstream.

Interesting shit.

Dan Ducain wrote an article about taking it 14 days on 14 days off first thing in the morning low dose and it not shutting you down? Read it years ago might be worth digging up.

The half life would be too long to use it for pre workout purposes though and not get shut down.

let me do some real talk here

you take AAS in any useful amount for any useful timespan you get shut down
easy as that.
if you wanna use AAS all the time then stay on  ::)

why do we even discuss 20 year old outdated "bridging" strategies here  ???

taking orals as boost pre workout works fine on cycle/blast. not for "naturals" though lmao

I hear ya Jizmo, but my approach to this is the fact I can't use it ed or I feel like crap. I just got some delicious dbal inject though I hope will counter this issue.

But, with a test base in my system, I do find I benefit from dbal pre workout. It gives me an edge I would not have otherwise and over time, those better workouts add up I'd say.
