Specifically about who used what, doses, etc?

I watched a 15 min vid and all he said was the guys back in the 70 s like dbol deca and test... That's basically all he said, no doses , nothing specific

Heard his claim of what GH use (low dose) did to him in a very short time and that turned me away from listening to what he has to say.

Not that I believe that he has much interesting things to say, but why would he speak in terms of dosages? Almost no one would believe him anyway.

Rick believes Arnold had Calf implants. He mentioned in one of his videos where Arnold had small calves, then disappeared for a few months, and when he returned he had large Calves.

It's very weird how he got them but who the hell could have done such a good calve implant back then?

In the late 60's he had calf implants?... no way. Even today, muscle implants look completely fake.

Regarding doses - who cares, the gear was mostly legit back then, concentrations different, wouldn't provide any benefit to know that. Lots of gear, that's for sure.

Mike Quinn claimed that Joe Weider told him he would send him to Arnold's doctor to get his calves improved. This is from Quinn himself in one of his videos.

If you look at his calves, they are too ripped. No doctor could have done that. Even Kitten Natividad's Breast implants looked fake back then. And chest implants, come on. I think there are a lot of jealous guys. And you can't believe everything out of Mike Quinn's mouth. He thought he was better than the 90's bodybuilders that were coming on the scene.
