I like him, but the information is kinda of useless, especially to lifetime naturals who have maxxed out their physiques.

Its makes no difference really what exercises you do to get there.  No idea why any of this information is relevant once you reach this point.

He is just trying to sell his product in reality.

I am sure if he did those exercises and just did normal shit in the gym, he would look the exact same.  All of his advice is not any better really than anyone elses at all.  In other words, its not going to produce extraordinary results.  It did not/has not for him, why would it for anyone else?  ???

He is also coming from the position of being a physical therapist. So he sees the injuries and or the results of either these exercises or helping people who have had shoulder, back, hip, etc surgery.

I don't think it makes that big of a difference.  If you have pain in doing an exercise, just find something that does not give you pain.  Its really as simple as that.

No need to buy or listen to his "programs".

It's not about the pain per se, but about what many of these exercises can set you up for. He even said, just because you don't have problems now, doesn't mean you will not have problems later.Look at the BNP. Bodybuilders swear by it, but as he showed in one vid (I didn't post it, he is using a skeleton model) that the movement sets you up for failure and puts a certain muscle at a weak point. Basically setting up the person for issues down the road.

I agree with everything he said.  However, I've trained for 31 years and I've never had any problems with flyes or leg extensions.

I like machine flies and cable flies.

Dumbbell flies always feel like there's not much load on my pecs (no homo) for the top half or so of the ROM.

How does this guy have over 1 million subscribers. Anyone who has been to the gym for a month knows the stuff he makes videos on.

Check the rest of his vids and you see why. Also, just because one  goes to the gym, doesn't mean that they know. There are plenty of clueless people who have gone to the gym for years, and make little to no gains. There have been plenty of threads on here about these people.
Also, he is refreshing to listen to, especially when compared to all the "wanna get your attention", "call you out" types. And unlike Jason Blaha, dude actually looks like like he works out.

I was going to do upright rows tomorrow and they're one of the exercises listed. I attribute some my trap development over the past 2 years to them... I like to do them with a narrowish grip. I usually do higher reps like 12-15 really focusing on squeezing the traps BUT NOW I'm second guessing...

I stopped doing upright rows years ago because they hurt my wrists. But, what's funny is that I get a pump in my traps when doing side laterals.

I won't get a full-on pump from side laterals in my traps but when I'm doing them seated especially, blood for sure gets in there. I try not to do shrugs in the low rep range just because they push so much on my spine. It's like pick your poison lol.

I have been doing all of those except good mornings for over 20 years. I have more muscle (natty) than him and I have never been injured. I will do all those tommorow because he says not to.

Actually he never said "not to" for some of those exercises. He said that many perform them incorrectly. But, the Behind the neck press he has explained why it is terrible.

Everytime one of my knees starts to bother me I'll throw in some extra sets of leg extensions. Works like a charm

If you talk to a kinesiologist, they would agree with you here. They'd say the pecs work the first 2/3rd of what a full rep is. I find the pecs contract anyway the top part and never understood how biomechanics prove me wrong when I feel the muscle anyway.

Tilt your head back and look up the next time you do side laterals, will keep the traps from working too much.

I used to have trouble with side laterals. I started doing them with a cable and letting the cable pull my delt a little at the bottom of the movement. It helped me learn how to use my delts better. Now dumbells work well for me.
