is she retarded?

After observing her a few times, I say yes.

I've been up close to her at the NY Pro two years ago.

As I got older, I realized that I like intricate splits better than full-body or upper/lower. I am probably leaving some gains on the table, but my muscles seem to like 4+ days between workouts.

I think the best frequency is once every four to five days. So you're doing it right.

Lot of older guys favor those splits.

I tried more frequent bodypart workouts but I usually ended up with an injury or some kind of tendonitis after a few months.

Not back pedaling at all. It's just not going along with your made-up nonsense.

I'm done with you Mr. Tough Guy. Take care and let  that imagination run wild.

Backpedaling of peace.

Obviously there are limits to how much confrontation can be done online. What am I going to do, continue to go back and forth with you? Will that that make it "more" confrontational? Believe me, I wouldn't mind confrontation with you for real.

Sorry pal. I got other shit to do today. You know, gym, family stuff, etc.

Once you get up to a good strength level, and you want high frequency, you'd have to employ a heavy-light thing. But you have a good physique, so what you do works obviously.

Something along the lines of "Let's do it" or "Tell me when and where" would suffice.
