I have no ridiculous desire to be "natty", I have a desire to be the best that I can be, physically and mentally. I take vitamin supplements to augment my body's store of minerals. I do the same with my body's store of testosterone.
There is no best, though, really.
You can only say "yes" to some things, "no" to others
I laugh at the bodybuilders I used to look up to. In a few years, I'll probably be laughing at the endurance "athletes" (
