Same could be said for Cedric + Aceto for a long time. But clearly it seems Cedric was either too busy while in the army, or just plain didn't follow Aceto's plan. This year he seems to have put it all together. I wouldn't be so quick to blame the coach for the way a bodybuilder comes in, its usually either last minute freak outs or just not following the plan to the t.

I've heard people swear by it. But you need a regular training partner to do it properly and really need to have your head in the game. I'd think it burns you out quickly too, so I heard people doing it in a cycle approach.
I'd love to try it out one day, just need to find a training partner who's up for training when I train on a regular basis.

DC training is great, if your joints can withstand it. Really holds you accountable and forces you to bring intensity to the gym every workout.

In my experience, I could achieve the same physique with a normal bodybuilding "pump" workouts though. Just my  $0.02

I'd love to train like that all the time, and I'd also like to enjoy my 40's and 50's. You can't have both.

He seemed to get worse but was pretty good at the pre judge. They tried to tighten him up more and the opposite happened.
