I read all the articles about doggcrapp and read up on HIT training too. I came to the conclusion that these type of trainings are for the people who have been busting their asses in the gym for so many years and they still don't look like they work out. You must be one of them. Another person is Dante himself. He admited that his program is for the less fortunate in the genetic criteria. People like him. I have nothing against Dante as a person as he sounds like a great, smart and humble kind of guy.
nahhh, you got it all wrong if you think I've got shit genetics. I put other things in my life ahead of training, I've got a job, kids, a house, a wife and I still take classes to stay on top of the technological stuff that is always changing in my field. I work in a field where I can make a very good amount of money working a 40hr work week but I can make a ton of money doing side work so when I can get it I take it. I've actually been training off and on for a long time but due to personal reasons I've taken alot of time off of training, the last year and a half have been very hard-my youngest son passed away in January after battling for a year along with him my focus just was not there, now I'm starting to hit my stride again. so due to time constraints DC makes sense, I can get the same results being in the gym 3 times a week for an hour as I used to being in the gym 2-3 hours at a time 4-5 times a week.
I doubt you read alot of the stuff you say you did. What excactly did you read? Any books by Metzer? Arthur Jones? Ellington Darden? fill me in. What's the basis of this type of training? Explain to me the advantages and disadvantages. If you've don the research you should know.
Honestly Alexxx you showed up on IM about a month and a half ago making all of these outrageous claims and now you're an expert? I doubt it.
