She has the duty as a journalist to push, and he has the right to walk out if he doesn't feel he is comfortable with the interview. This worked out as it should. I understand that Arnold doesn't want to talk politics, but where would journalism be if journalist weren't willing to push things? That was a pretty softball question too.
But how can you make that assumption?
Arnold has to do a lot of publicity interviews and no doubt it's a fair question but these things are presumably hashed out beforehand so he knows what kind of interview it is.
It's like, if every time Jay Cutler was interviewed on ESPN they talk about his training, his diet, but then they always snuck in some bullshit about "what was your stack bro?"
Who cares if it's a good question or not, both parties agreed to something mutually beneficial and one party takes advantage of it.
