If you are concerned about the Supreme Court, you wouldn't be voting for someone who (a) is about as likely to nominate a conservative to the Supreme Court as Hillary and (b) will cause voters to give the Senate back to Democrats, so a conservative wouldn't get confirmed even if Trump nominated a conservative to the bench.
