After watching those Tom Platz videos though Ronnie seemed like the one who pushed the most boundaries. He was laughing when he said he'd almost had problems using too much or at times when he couldn't get enough food like on a flight. So maybe in 1991 he was only using one compound or small amounts of a few and went up from there.

He wasn't " lazy " he just wasn't as motivated , the story on him was he was a bodybuilder trying to be a musician or musician trying to be a bodybuilder. He would stop competing for 6 months at a clip chasing his musical career , what's legendary was him going from 170 to 240 in about 4 months

Flex was lazy , he definitely relied to heavily on his genetics.

Paul Dillet was known to be lazy as well and use light weights believe it or not.
