Based on that pic, I just realized (like with Flex Wheeler) his pecs are way too small for him arms. Surprising for a guy that was once benching 600 pounds.

I've seen him bench 500 for reps in the gym pre-contest wearing his sweatshirt and hoodie back in the late 90's when he was at his heaviest. The videos were up on youtube. For a single rep he was known to have put up 600. I have no doubt that he did just that.

He'd have been pinned to the bench with 600 pounds. Kevin is a naturally very good presser, but stay in reality, man.

Few seem to realize most pros are at their very strongest pre-contest, when they're most heavily gassed.

Levrone could push out a few solid reps with 500 ... a FAR cry from 600.

The claim is nonsense. Although I do believe he has had such poundage on a bar and had a partner go all hands-on with a few reps.

Several times, yes. Not to mention I've known and/or trained with many of the biggest bodybuilding stars of the past three decades.

Have had several top pros TELL ME (off the record, as they weren't keen to state in magazines their heavy drug use for competition) they're at their very strongest when in contest prep mode, as well.
