"Quick update on progress, I'm weighing lower 250s today. I came down because i was starting to get the uncomfortable feeling of getting big to fast. I've implemented stretching into my process to help.
I cut back on carbs and lowered my calories to lean out. Everyone is different guys so find out what works best for you depending on your goal. My goal is to be cut and close to what I use to look like around 245lbs by this summer, right now I'm ahead of the game."
