I came in late at this part of the movie .... but who the hell is "CSWOL"!!?

I took a brief look which introduced me to a very interesting character  with what appears to be an immense sense of humor and a liking for others within the human race ... except for one adverse occurrence in a chicken house (coop?).

Can any acknowledgeable GetBigger offer a CSWOL synopsis so that I can get an understanding of what appears to be a very interesting individual within the world of lifting heavy things and putting them back down in their proper places?
