If you read up on successful natural trainees you'll indeed find that they do indeed all follow the same principles:
-basic healthy wholefood diet, rich in protein with lots of water
-low volume or HIT training, three or so days a week
...granted, there are lots of naturals following all sorts of different routines and diets. But none of them are making any real progress.
It's not really fair to class these other "hobbyists" as being natural bodybuilders, they might lift weights but they don't manage to build any real muscle.

havent read the whole thread, so i dont really know what your discussing. but your incorrect regarding all successful natural trainees using HIT/low volume. and besides, you havent seen every "successful natural trainee" workout, so you cant make blanket statements like that.
and how do you define successful natural trainee.
