Are there any fart powders that are legit?

serious question my iron pumping brothers. 


i havent bought any fart powders in about 13 years   .   and i keep reading more and more reports that most fart powders do not even contain

half the protein per scoop that they say they do. so my question to you  is there any legit fart powders out there, or are they all just  shit.

Yes, BlassASS Labs "Mega_Shite" is legit. Your wallet will be thinner, and your bank account lighter.

In all honesty, if you are cutting, and use a shake as a meal substitute, any whey or egg protein powder is fine.
If you wanna "Get Big" just use food and milk...
