Even if you have a permit, you cannot carry in clubs in FL.  And security is almost always unarmed.  It really is a soft target.  Anytime you have hundreds of people in a loud, packed area, there should be more police/security. 

This is a horrible thing.   We had a shooter one week ago in SW FLorida.  Dude shot someone on a motorcycle, 2 in a gas station, then was taken down by police + his woman and 1 year old baby were injured by police bullets.  Horrible shit like this just pops off and I don't know what the answer is.  I'd love to live in a society where we fight with bamboo sticks, but guns are out of the toothpaste tube and there's no getting them back in now.  I'd love to live in a country where nukes never existed, but we cannot go backwards once the bad guys have weapons.

I'm all ears for the solution.  We'll have a whole lot of "ban this religion" but how is that implemented?   And if we can end 1 religion because 50 dead in shooting, do we end others when terror acts happen in their name?    (McVeigh, etc)

I don't see a solution, aside from 'arm everyone', add metal detectors to enter clubs, and just be vigilant.
