Also diet. Western/Euro/American diets just suck. Seemingly heavily based on taste---sugary, plus a lot based on red meat/pork and sodium. Mediterranean diet is a lot better.

It's because some African groups naturally have very low bodyfat, combined with the dark skin, makes them look more impressive and bigger than they really are.

Maybe, but their lifestyle probably has a lot to do with it: no processed foods and lots of veggies for decades!  They don't have to "go to the gym" because what we would call physical "training" is part of their daily life: running, lifting, etc.
