If there aren't at least 100 deaths, they shouldn't even talk about it. The media is the biggest advertiser to shooters. If nobody gave a shit, you'd see less.

On a planet with a few billion people...what percentage die in a mass shooting....yet, you'll see the Orlando shooting spewed about for a month non stop. And of course, it's a great time for politicians to push their agenda. It's an extremely small part of violent crime, but the media runs with it...acting as if they care.

In the U.S. they average a mass shooting for every day(more than 4 people). Banning guns would only work IMO if there wasn't so many out there already.

I'm not one for conspiracy theories but the press here actually has been caught covering up muslim-centric stories that paint them in a bad light - national and local press. There was a huge riot in the town next to me 2 weeks ago in a refugee house - dozens wounded, 1 killed, fires...and not a thing reported about it.
