When you are not doing physical labour, non-training people are amazed when you perform an act of strength which is (in their opinion, not in ours) very amazing. Lifting a washing machine or a fridge or whatever.
I know from experience that some intelligent-even feminist-women are turned on by this.
I am not kiddin here.

haha, i can attest to that. females still have animal nature just like us. when she see you lift that big ol fridge, she is automatically attracted cause she sees safety for her and her future offsprings, then she thinks about your bank account and if that is ok, you are G2G. :D

Moreover, heavy DLs, squats and all that, combined with good endurance, have upgraded my pussy destroying abilities.

First it was to get ripped like Bruce Lee. Then to gain size/strength, but mostly size. Then mostly strength. Then, for years, it was just about looking muscular and lean.

Now it just feels good and keeps me from looking horrific. But not by much.

to look good

legs are the result of 20k hack squats and 90k leg press.

ok, i gotta admit that you have beautiful legs (slight homo)

and yep, you don't need to lift heavy to get bigger on roids, constant tension and fatiguing the muscle works just fine

i'm weaker now than when i was a natty, but i've got about 20 extra pounds of lean mass of me from that time, although i'm still a twink  ;D

I've always wondered why people lift. Lifting weights really puts stress on the body to a certain point. I was plagued by injuries when lifting heavy.

Do you want to be strong to prove something to others or yourself?
No, I simply get stronger (increase reps or weight on exercises) in order to look better, not for the sake of putting up numbers considering I am not competing in powerlifting.

Quote

Do you want to be strong because you compete in powerlifting?

No, I am not interested in this body-wrecking activity in which corny, wannabe-tough-guy douchebags are involved. Ever meet some powerlifters?

Quote

Do you want to look good for the opposite or same sex?

I just like having muscle and will be competing in a show soon, just to see what I can do with my body and because I love bodybuilding.

If you could get a 20 inch arm by curling 30 pounds would you do it? [/quote

Getting twenty inch guns requires 'roids, which I don't do. But if I could get my arms bigger curing 30 pounds, that would be fine.

This actually made all the women I work with laugh. They agreed that they could care less how much we lift. They care more about how we look and if we are healthy. There were some who could care less if a man achieved his body with Anabolic/Androgenic steroids as long as he looked like "eye candy" as what they said.

As a teenager many moons ago I began lifting to get more energy. I was always tired, and short tempered. The lifting is therapy , elevating mood fairly quickly, and raises the energy levels for days. Looking fit is great but never my main motivation. I could never understand these fit 180 - 200 pounders going on gear, and eating all day just to look like tired, 250 pound bloated water bags.

how come my lats only exist in rear poses

front lat spread is a joke, and not a funny one

i think there is a reason almost nobody on bb boards and instagram posts front lat spreads

you need to be x box hueg to pull it off ???

its a tough pose to hit hold and showcase and depending on torso length some look better from rear than front and vice versa,,

no i think the rear is just more impressive because you lean back and create an optical illusion, especially when close to the camera

front is the opposite

at least those are my theories

i got my glock with me, just in case they try to get me, but 1-2 punch combo or rare naked choke is far better option in respect to legal aftermath.

Shooting people is risky endevour.

You can do your "pump" sets and inject AAS/hgh and feel badass, but you are no better than the beauty pageant bitches. Deadlifts, squats, C&Js, pull ups, etc are all must imo.

Even better, you can stop training and get some piana like implants and be HUGE.

Agree 100%. I feel that functional muscle will be infinitely more important when you are "going to war" at the local mud-run, asserting your dominance over a lesser beta male at the office Christmas party, or when an unruly non-white/non-lifter decides to harsh on you for having 19 items at the 15 item and under line at the supermarket. This world is all about physical dominance.

Have you considered incorporating these tools into your preparedness arsenal? They help you lock in the full power of the "rare naked choke".

building arms aint easy

i just started focusing on my tris so i'll keep this up for a good 4-6 weeks and if there is a change i'll let you know brosef (the experts around me tell me that my tris are behind my bis and delts, i agree with the delt part but not the bi part, but 3 different people tell me so, so i guess i should listen to them, but come to think of it, i'm actually focusing on bis too but tris even more so as this is what these "voices" keep telling me lol)

in fact i'm going to split bis and tris up (tris in the morning, bis in the evening) and train them on the same day every other day

what's funny is that i did an arm focus before and it did work as my arms were a full 1 1/4 inches bigger at the same bodyweight
, but i did lose size on my pecs and back, so i basically shifted the weight from my torso to my arms

so whoever says that spot gaining ain't possible is fucking wrong
