You get the worst investment ever. Let's run this down.
Instant depreciation on this cardboard shack.
Absurd interest because the bank knows it's a risky investment.
Trailer park fee, so you get to pay for them to tell you what you can and cannot do.
Property values in the area plummet as soon as the blacks move in.
etc.
Feel free to add.
Its good to have rules because it keeps the community clean and tidy looking. I don't want to live next to a slob who leaves junk cars and toilets on the lawn, or someone playing loud music, or someone running a yard sale. The idea that black devalue a property is ridiculous and someone cannot simply "move in" and they have to follow the same rules and of course, purchase a home. There are not rentals where I live or even a sublet. That's why I chose this place to set up my house at. With it also being in the countryside, its not desirable for "city people". Its a nice community.
As far as depreciation is concerned....it really depends on the home you purchase and once I give a tour of the place, you'll understand. Its going to look awesome especially with the deck plans I have in store.
You should know that even when you move into any nice suburb or neighborhood with house, there is usually an HOA fee associated with it. Its to keep the community clean. There's always going to be a fee unless you move away from civilization.
