Another useless, uninformative post from Be There.
your post was filled with so much bullshit it didnt even deserve a reasonable thought out response.
Just eat a normal diet and have 4 meals a day, eat a bit extra if you want to gain and a bit less if you want to lose, the training builds the muscle not the food.

I eat 150gms of protein most days and am around 220lbs at around 9%

if you eat all the protein in the world and dont exercise , fuck all will happen to you

I highlighted the bullshit in your post. Not eating the right foods, gets zero results.

P.S.: You didn't post a reasonable thought out response, because you aren't capable of any such intellectual effort.

a calorie is a calorie is a calorie so says Arthur Jones, ta, and this here fella

fyi, i know him personally and he has a 700 pound bench to his credit and when dieting he eats roughly 80 grams of protien and maintains his size and power/strength

drugs and training are the key, diet is only cals, nothing more and nothing less

Calorie is a calorie is nonsense. It is a misuse of science, to sell high carb foods, and supplements.

Go to store, buy as much spinach, kale, ginger, ground beef, eggs, and sriracha (for condiment) you can afford, eat this 6 days a week. 7th day eat a ton of pasta and rice which are both cheap. Very inexpensive and effective

Or eat anything you like making sure you get some protein and eat around 300-400 cals over your maintenance if you want to gain size or 300-400 less if you want to lose weight.

Who the fuck wants to eat piles of fucking kale and ground beef?

Yep, the last year I'm on 200g maximum grams of protein a day. No need for more.

Haha, yes I aspire to be an athlete with his supreme muscle volume and structure.

But anyways, I'm not the one regurgitating advice.... so how I look is irrelevant in this instance.

Follow my advice and you win. The dopes that babble about a calorie is a calorie are the excuses for people, that don't want you to look better than they are.

Tarnopolsky et al. (1988) found that only 0.37g/lb was required to maintain positive nitrogen balance in elite bodybuilders (over 5 years of experience, possible previous use of androgens) over a 10 day period. 0.45g/lb was sufficient to maintain lean body mass in bodybuilders over a 2 week period. The authors suggested that 0.55g/lb was sufficient for bodybuilders.

Hoffman et al. (2006) found no differences in body composition, strength or resting hormonal concentrations in strength athletes consuming either 0.77g/lb or >0.91g/lb over a 3 month period.

Lemon et al. (1992) found no differences in muscle mass or strength gains in novice bodybuilders consuming either 0.61g/lb or 1.19g/lb over a 4 week period. Based on nitrogen balance data, the authors recommended 0.75g/lb.

Walberg et al. (1988) found that 0.73g/lb was sufficient to maintain positive nitrogen balance in cutting weightlifters over a 7 day time period.

Tarnopolsky et al. (1992) observed no differences in whole body protein synthesis or indexes of lean body mass in strength athletes consuming either 0.64g/lb or 1.10g/lb over a 2 week period. Protein oxidation did increase in the high protein group, indicating a nutrient overload.

You can save money and not have to buy so much expensive proteins

Advanced bodybuilders need less protein per body weight than beginners.

Another frequently heard objection is that people need more protein because they are more experienced than the studied populations. Well, Tarnopolsky et al. (1988) used elite bodybuilders and found that less protein was needed than in novice bodybuilders.

In fact, the finding that the more experienced you are, the less protein you need, has been replicated in several studies (Rennie & Tipton, 2000; Hartman, Moore & Phillips, 2006; Moore et al., 2007).
